Submit Questions for Open Session Final Session due Nov 4th [financials delayed]



Dear Member,


The Board of Directors would like to announce a Member Open Session on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 3:00 pm in the Boardroom and via Zoom.


The Open Session will focus on the financial performance of the Club through the third quarter and the year-end financial outlook.


To give our team time for research, please submit any financial related questions you would like addressed by Friday, November 4, 2022.

Update Nov 3rd: CFO Jeff Smith unable to provide Q3 financials to the membership with adequate time to review prior to the open session. See below.


Dear Member

Following up direct from my desk on the original message from Gary below;

Given our intense focus these last couple of weeks on our 2023 Budget and Capital Planning (5 Master Projects), the September Year-to Date CFO Report has been delayed. I now target its completion this weekend. As soon as its ready, rest assured, out it will come…

I realize that the timing of the CFO Report distribution conflicts with the messaging below, but I do not believe this delay diminishes the value of our Open Session, still scheduled for Nov 8, 2022 at 3:00p. On receipt of my report, please feel free to submit your questions through the typical “comment” email address, and I will endeavor to be prepared to speak to them at our Open Session next week.

If my presentation doesn’t address all of your questions, or for those of you who have questions thereafter, or need more time to develop them, I will be happy to arrange a time for follow up with you after the Open Session.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused. I look forward to seeing you on the 8th.
