Open Sessions re Financial, Sept 14 & 15 2023

Information below. Assessment annoucements are expected.


As announced in the President's Letter dated September 1st, there are two Open Member Sessions scheduled.  One will be held on Thursday, September 14 at 6:00 PM and one will be held Friday, September 15th at 10:00 am in the Boardroom and via Zoom (link below). 


Both Sessions will present the same information and will be recorded and posted to the website for those who cannot attend.


The presentations will address how we plan on funding the first phase of the permitting process for the docks and barges, the overages for the HP IV repairs, the needed replacement of the roofs on the Clubhouse and the Mansion, and retirement of our outstanding line of credit debt and overdue vendor payables.  We will also outline the plans for the first phase of our needed road repairs.
