New Budget - Osprey Pool Repair
Correct me if I'm wrong. But are ALL residents and property owners going to pay through the budgeted dues to resurface the Osprey Pool? This is a private pool, no? This needs clarification. If all property owners pay into this budget line item, then ALL property owners should be entitled to use the pool, no? And bring the Pastry Chef! Let's get the $65,000 worth out of it.

Heck, I would love if the Osprey pool got more attention, and all the members of the club got access. For years, the Osprey residents had been asking for Tim Richards to properly maintain Osprey Island, but every excuse under the sun was made. Currently, approximately 25 members in the Osprey area pay an additional assessment of $463/quarter for maintenance which includes pool and landscaping- a total of approx. 11k per quarter. Don't really know where that money is going.
