A few questions.In capital plans,how much $ will be dedicated to emergency funds.Hurricane Mathew may have been a dress rehearsal for what may come.Do we have funds or are we involved with federal or state officials to better protect the coastline against tidal surges.Is there a preforma regarding a new barge service? If members are going to pay a substantial amount over the next 3 years should we consider allocating more$ into an emergency storm fund.Also it seems like the quality of food and service at the Calibogie has declined a bit, could members see a profit/loss report. The Calibogie should be the gem of HP as it also creates an impression on visitors and future residents .
