Subject: NPNE Member Dues Increase
Dear Member,
In my CEO Letter on May 27th I neglected to address the changes specific to Non-Property Non-Equity (NPNE) Member Dues. I apologize and I hope this letter will better inform you of the updates.
The annual NPNE Dues for 2021 will be $18,500 total. The billing will be as such; Q1/2021 - $4,125, Q2/2021 - $4,125, Q3/2021 - $5,125, Q4/2021 - $5,125. The Board intends to keep the NPNE dues at $18,500 for 2022, and the billing will be $4,625 per quarter in 2022. In comparison, Signature Full Golf (SFG) members will pay a total of $25,852 in 2022. Therefore, in absolute terms, SFG members are receiving a $2,352 increase annually, whereas, NPNE members increase will be $2,000 annually over what they are currently paying.
The changes approved by the Board at their May 24th meeting are intended to help keep pace with the cost of our ferries and club facilities maintenance.
Doug Egly, CEO
