soooo , we will spend $7 mil on the golf course , lose $7 mil in revenue as this occurs …..how come we can’t buy new cushions for our boats and paint the ugly upper deck structures ….go to Boat US and buy new cushions for $100 …am i the only one who sees this ( ps the cushions hold water due to the tears and get u wet )

I keep hearing conflicting numbers. what is the current price tag on the golf course upgrade? and yes I think that services that the entire club uses should take priority over amenities that only a portion of the club uses
