Beach bridge
The beach bridge is back under construction again. It's still passable though. I hope they arch it a bit so that the high tide does not cover it which causes it to rot faster.

As little has been communicated lately re: Project Thunderbird, I have taken the liberty and organized the financial capital project information presented some time ago at the last meeting in the conference room, into a financial model.
Each project is displayed with the actual numbers presented for 2026 through 2033. I utilized an assumption of 5% escalation on average each year to forward price the numbers presented in each of the ensuing years provided by HP management. The model allows using whatever escalation factor you wish to use.
The potential, incremental requirements for additional assessments is noted as a risk exposure to the HP Association Members year by year and in total. The numbers might surprise you. It is important to consider the information, pending future voting by the community on future projects AND serve as questions for the three new Board candidates for three open positions selectively chosen by the Nominating Committee.
I would love to see how the new Thunderbird is restructured how soon will that type of detail I'll be available? It looks like we need to stick together and move forward on our own
AJ Brannan in the transportation dept is departing the club after 5+ years. He will no longer be organizing the Haig Point Boat Club. Is is not clear who is directly responsible for the boat club currently and members are instructed to contact the front desk.
I agree, valets have really improved.
