Board nominee Clay Burton will be hosting a member-lead strategy session via Zoom on Thusday, Dec 14th at 7pm to review the 2024 Budget and new increases in Dues, Fees and Assessments.

From this meeting, questions will be formed to address to the Board and Mgmt at the Member Open Session the following Tues, Dec 19th. Clay & others have already formed a list of concerns that Tom and the board need to address, and others are invited to share their thoughts.
If you want more information about the '24 budget or the new increases in fees this is an excellent opportunity to form questions for the Board and ask fellow members for clarity.
Also, please remember to vote for the Board nominees no later than Dec 21st. You must vote for 2. If you only vote for 1 candiate, the Board has stipulated that your vote will be discarded.
