Does anyone believe that this board or past boards either know or care about what they oversee.
Is the new acting Chief (???) allowed to ride the water taxi free of charge and use HP parking on Sea pines?
Does anone know how much HP pays for parking in the gated lot at Sea Pines?
Does anyone know if HP actively rents houses from members? And what is the cost and use of these houses. It was rumored that Tide Tidwell was called in on a weekend to open up one of these houses for our new Chief.
Does this search committee really need anything other than a good operations person (GM) that could be found on INDEED. Any what are we paying for this search?
Can we hire a real CPA with 10-15 years experience to run this place financially?

We all need to hope and pray that the nominating committee is looking at the "no" vote, the financial status of the club, etc. when they consider their candidates - and NOT "the sake of continuity"! This election cycle is CRITICAL!!! If the club gets a fresh start with this bailout, then the Members deserve a fresh start with leadership/BOD.
