Assessments Overwhelmingly Rejected by Majority of Members
A definitive majority of members rejected all five assessments and sent a clear message of dissatisfaction to the board of directors in Monday's Annual General Meeting.
Proposals 1 & 2 (infrastructure). 88% of the eligible property owners voted. Neither proposal reached the required 66.7% approval necessary to pass.

Proposals 3, 4, and 5. 95% of the eligible Members voted. None of the proposals passed although they only needed a 51% majority. Of note, over 65% of the voting members did not agree with the golf course proposal.

As announced at Monday's General Meeting, the audited 2022 Financials are still unfinished, but the club is expected to report another year of losses despite 2022 dues increases. It is unclear if an additional meeting will be set to review those financials once they are complete.
The results of the member satisfaction survey conducted by club management have yet to be released.
