Management and the BOD have ignored many Members’ questions (written or asked in person), concerning an alleged $5 Million dollars’ worth of our Association’s missing physical assets-- recently discovered.
Management and the BOD have also ignored many Members’ questions- written or asked in person- concerning the greater than $1 million dollar expense allocated to our Real Estate Department for Jan 1-June 30, 2022 and a predicted expense allocation of $ 2+ million dollars by the end of 2022, labeled only as “other expenses” on the CFO’s Q2 mid year cash report.
Therefore as per our legal Member rights, a group of Members many of whom have have asked many unanswered questions, have formally asked Management and the BOD to be able to inspect our Association’s financial records (see attached PDF)
Please be reminded that this request and any answers we receive should remain “confidential” among the Haig Point Community Members, are not for general public display or general public knowledge.
Finally we have a number of Members and Spouses who would like to be part of an additional “Group Letter of Support”to the BOD and Administration in support’ of the attached request by a group of Members. it's interesting that rather than say "we will gladly present this information because it's all in order" they go on the strong defensive. This response is very telling. I am hoping it is simply ego and not a more serious issue.
