Member Survey Results?
The club used Survey Monkey to conduct anonymous member feedback on the current performance of management. My company also uses Survey Monkey and I am very knowledgeable about how quickly it reports results.
I'm curious why these anonymous results are not being made available to the membership sooner and I hope the raw data will be shown to the membership before Doug Egly and Adam Martin provide their own interpretation.
However I have some concerns about the process. Who will be approached to give input? How will those members be selected? How large is the sample size as compared to the total membership and owner categories? Gary Baum, Chris Kelly, and the other ex board members should be excluded because they have clearly demonstrated that they are out of touch with the sentiment of the majority members as evidenced by the recent rejections of their proposals.
It is my hope that a random sampling of members of a significant percentage will be selected for feedback, and not members specifically selected by board which will certainly taint the results.
A random sampling of membership is the only ethical way conduct these member feedback sessions and the simplest solution. This is critical feedback and it also should not be rushed.
The membership survey was supposed to go up yesterday, March 27th, but it is not available. Perhaps I'm just not seeing the link. Anyone else see it?
