Q1 '22 Reprts Still Unavailable prior to Dues vote

We were told that we would see the q1 report PRIOR to any dues vote and yet that is still not available to membership. Evidently the finance committee has seen it. I am concerned that they are going to bury it in a last-minute email on Sunday night.

The membership is being asked to vote on the substantial dues increase beginning Monday without having adequate time to review the up to date financial outlook.

Furthermore, Gary promised the membership that we would have TWO dues open sessions PRIOR to any vote so that members can address their spending concerns to the board. This still has not been scheduled and it needs to happen in advance of the beginning of a vote.

I would like to know if anyone agrees that we should postpone a Dues by at least a week or two until the membership has adequate time to review the most up-to-date financial information. Currently it feels like information is being withheld and rushed through

I have Asked the board to set the schedule our quarterly financial meeting at the beginning of the year to set dates to make it easy for more members to commit to attend. Gary was in favor of this and would work towards this, as well as looking to set the meetings for the balance of the year. Thank you Gary for this on behalf of our membership.
