Food and Bev minimum
Can anybody clarify the f&b minimum? Per Michael, it's NOT inclusive of the mandatory service charge? In other words, our service charge on food does not go towards our minimum? Is this correct? OR, does our whole bill go against the minimum as long as the items qualify?

That's how it is most places with such minimum programs: Food only. Service charges and alcohol not included in the minimum requirement.
