Brad Pierce - How is open board seat filled?
Now that Brad has announced his resignation, how is the new board seat filled? I know we have the election going. I'm just not 100% clear on the rules.

wouldn't it have been better if Brad announced his resignation prior to the election? He must have known at least a month ago, since he said he was considering this for a while. That way, the membership could have elected 3 BOD members, rather than having one simply be appointed. I think this has happened before, where a BOD member held off on their resignation announcement until after an election had already commenced.
