The dues increase passed.
According to Don Hunter, the vote passed with a quorum. That is, the vote passed with at least 51% approval.
Unfortunately, unlike normal votes (even the US Pres Election) we do now know the tally of the vote.
We have no idea how may HP members voted, how many voted FOR, or AGAINST the dues increase. We only know it passed.
